Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Senior Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing sourcing strategies in partnership with leadership
- Debriefing the hiring manager and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Actively championing diversity recruitment strategies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years Talent Acquisition experience in sourcing and/or recruiting
- Proficiency in marketing/sourcing techniques to include lead generation, LinkedIn, etc
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement
