Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Services Compliance Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Review CMS, NCQA, and state-based regulations; provide guidance to business owners on implementation of the requirements and validate effectiveness of the implementation
- Perform oversight of reviews of processes, documentation, metrics, and data sets to identify operational and compliance risks/gaps
- Analyze data to identify root causes of noncompliance
Required Skills:
- Travel expected 5% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing, or a related field
- Audit and/or process improvement experience
- Expertise of regulations governing the health care industry (Medicare, Medicaid, NCQA)
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner on multiple projects concurrently
