Job Summary

A software developer has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Software Customer Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor the support queue, including triage, prioritization and execution on requests
  • Monitor daily customer data ingestions and assist in troubleshooting data related requests
  • Troubleshoot and communicate outages whenever they may occur

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service/facing role
  • Able to work a 1pm - 9pm EST shift to help cover west coast hours
  • Able to respond to and resolve Customer requests in ZenDesk
  • Able to respond to Customer or internal product escalations appropriately
