Job Summary
A software developer has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Software Customer Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor the support queue, including triage, prioritization and execution on requests
- Monitor daily customer data ingestions and assist in troubleshooting data related requests
- Troubleshoot and communicate outages whenever they may occur
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service/facing role
- Able to work a 1pm - 9pm EST shift to help cover west coast hours
- Able to respond to and resolve Customer requests in ZenDesk
- Able to respond to Customer or internal product escalations appropriately
