Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Solution Architect.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Guiding customers to the achievement of a successful result during the implementation of company portals and products
- Providing recommendations to customers based on company and industry best practices
- Conduct solution gap analysis
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Being onsite for 10-25% of the time
- Expert product knowledge
- 2 years of experience in the delivery of solution consulting services within a SaaS company
- Must have Medicare, Medicaid and/or Commercial experience
