Job Summary
A healthcare and research firm is seeking a Telecommute Healthcare Solutions Account Manager in Richmond.
Must be able to:
- Make recommendations for process improvements
- Address client needs as they occur
- Function as the primary liaison between company and your assigned client
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to travel as needed (30% travel)
- Experienced using Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience with corporate culture along with an excellent customer service mentality
- Previous experience in Corporate Wellness program design, implementation and/or management
