Job Summary

A human resources technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Strategic Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining full ownership of a book of business, up to 20 accounts within an assigned industry vertical
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to your client base by being the go-to person for strategic account needs
  • Acting as a program owner by taking part in client product trainings, product rollouts, escalations, process improvement strategies etc

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Willingness to travel, approximately 25%
  • Proven success in strategic account management, program management or sales
  • Superior program management and presentation skills
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Resourceful, go-getter attitude who appreciates the opportunity in challenge
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior level decision makers within organizations
  • Able to successfully handle objections and demonstrate negotiation skills
