Job Summary
A human resources technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Strategic Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining full ownership of a book of business, up to 20 accounts within an assigned industry vertical
- Acting as a strategic advisor to your client base by being the go-to person for strategic account needs
- Acting as a program owner by taking part in client product trainings, product rollouts, escalations, process improvement strategies etc
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness to travel, approximately 25%
- Proven success in strategic account management, program management or sales
- Superior program management and presentation skills
- Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Resourceful, go-getter attitude who appreciates the opportunity in challenge
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior level decision makers within organizations
- Able to successfully handle objections and demonstrate negotiation skills
