A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Strategy and Operations Associate Director.
Must be able to:
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives
- Support internal processes
- Drive organizational change by facilitating the adoption of new strategies, processes, and technologies
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or related field
- 6+ years of high-performance experience in ops management, consulting, or similar role
- Experience in strategy development, business planning, and operations management
- Experience building and scaling complex operational processes across multiple functional areas
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
