Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Strategy and Operations Associate Director.

Must be able to:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives
  • Support internal processes
  • Drive organizational change by facilitating the adoption of new strategies, processes, and technologies

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or related field
  • 6+ years of high-performance experience in ops management, consulting, or similar role
  • Experience in strategy development, business planning, and operations management
  • Experience building and scaling complex operational processes across multiple functional areas
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
