A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Technical Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring and supporting internal quality related processes
- Generating and distributing standard or ad hoc production and management reports on a timely basis
- Participating in IT Department meetings and project management activities
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA or BS degree
- Experience working with Quickbase or other database platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent quantitative skills
- Ability to have exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a “big picture” view
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
