Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring and supporting internal quality related processes
  • Generating and distributing standard or ad hoc production and management reports on a timely basis
  • Participating in IT Department meetings and project management activities

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BA or BS degree
  • Experience working with Quickbase or other database platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent quantitative skills
  • Ability to have exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a “big picture” view
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
