Telecommute Healthcare Technology Accountant II

Job Summary

A privately-held healthcare technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Technology Accountant II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in accounting practices
• Analyzing variances within our financial reports
• Preparing, reviewing and designing month end balance sheet account reconciliations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in accounting
• Previous work experience in public accounting
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and review work using advanced formulas
• Strong technical accounting skills and understanding of GAAP
• Ability to execute multiple projects, simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of his/her work product
