Job Summary

A healthcare technology and services company is seeking a Telecommute Healthcare Technology Email Marketing Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Analyze campaign results and making recommendations based on performance insights
• Ensure QA and quality standards are met across all CRM touchpoints
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Clinical

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in customer marketing, customer communications, or the customer engagement space
• Deep understanding of CRM and email automation in Iterable, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel, analytics tools like Looker, Ursa, etc
• Comfortable working withProficiency in HTML & CSS
• Excellent project management and communication skills
