Job Summary
A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Technology Provider Outreach Team Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assigning tasks and providing support to the team each day
- Working closely with Provider Outreach Manager
- Conducting monthly audits of the team’s completed work
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associate’s Degree with 2 or 3 years related experience and/or training or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to interpret data received in various formats from various sources
- Knowledge of MS Office, internet and related applications
- Ability to utilize multiple resources to validate data: data mining, phone calls, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
