Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Utilization Management Care Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Fielding inbound calls on a queue from members and providers
  • Managing inpatient mental health cases throughout the entire treatment plan
  • Making patient assessments and determine appropriate levels of care

Qualifications Include:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling, OR a Licensed Ph.D.
  • 2+ years of post-masters experience in a related behavioral / mental health environment
  • Active, unrestricted, independent mental health license in your state of residence
  • Proficient Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
