Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Healthcare Workforce Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Own the virtual provider scheduling
- Forecast staffing needs, build out shift management tooling, optimize physician schedules
- Manage sign ups and own intraday management and schedule adherence
Position Requirements Include:
- 2-3+ years of experience doing workforce management and planning
- Experience with remote workforce management
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Strong data organization skills
- Shift and scheduling skills
