Job Summary

A healthcare information technology and software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Help Desk Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform first level of technical and account administration support for internal staff
  • Act as both a Subject Matter Expert and Super User for designated set of tools.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical problems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Experience in a technical or customer support role
  • 1- 3 years of combined experience in a customer service role
  • Superior communication, interpersonal and telephone skills
  • Able to manage multiple avenues of support requests
