Job Summary
A healthcare information technology and software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Help Desk Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform first level of technical and account administration support for internal staff
- Act as both a Subject Matter Expert and Super User for designated set of tools.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- University degree
- Experience in a technical or customer support role
- 1- 3 years of combined experience in a customer service role
- Superior communication, interpersonal and telephone skills
- Able to manage multiple avenues of support requests
