A staffing company has an open position for a Telecommute Help Desk Agent I in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Fulfilling service requests
- Answering Help Desk calls
- Communicating with other IT teams about issues and resolutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 years of directly related job experience
- Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience and education
- Ability to Manage Printer Maintenance vendor relationship
- Ability to Load client supported software
