A staffing and recruitment agency has an open position for a Telecommute Help Desk Analyst in Tampa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Provide Level 1 support for databases supported
- Explain technical information to non technical clients
Position Requirements Include:
- This role is currently work-from-home and will move to the office environment after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted
- Two year business/technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Two years of prior related work experience in a technical support environment
- Two years experience working directly with the public in a service capacity
