A staffing and recruitment agency has an open position for a Telecommute Help Desk Analyst in Tampa.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide Level 1 support for databases supported
  • Explain technical information to non technical clients

Position Requirements Include:

  • This role is currently work-from-home and will move to the office environment after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted
  • Two year business/technical degree or equivalent work experience
  • Two years of prior related work experience in a technical support environment
  • Two years experience working directly with the public in a service capacity
