Job Summary

A software business company is seeking a Telecommute Help Desk Customer Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Provide a first line response to incoming customer support requests
  • Provide on-call and rostered support
  • Manage and maintain tickets through Zendesk and Mavenlink

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel for training or other meetings may be required
  • 2 years experience in a customer facing or help desk position
  • Foundation level knowledge of SQL
  • Must have a quiet suitable place to work remotely
  • Must be able to work weekends and shifts outside of standard business hours
