Job Summary
A software business company is seeking a Telecommute Help Desk Customer Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Provide a first line response to incoming customer support requests
- Provide on-call and rostered support
- Manage and maintain tickets through Zendesk and Mavenlink
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel for training or other meetings may be required
- 2 years experience in a customer facing or help desk position
- Foundation level knowledge of SQL
- Must have a quiet suitable place to work remotely
- Must be able to work weekends and shifts outside of standard business hours
