Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Help Desk IT Technician II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Troubleshooting site-to-site and point-to-site VPN issues
  • Reviewing application issues
  • Acting as the overflow for incoming HelpDesk Calls

Qualifications Include:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in Help Desk or IT support position
  • Familiar with Windows Server
  • Strong networking knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 email and office
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
