Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Help Desk IT Technician II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshooting site-to-site and point-to-site VPN issues
- Reviewing application issues
- Acting as the overflow for incoming HelpDesk Calls
Qualifications Include:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in Help Desk or IT support position
- Familiar with Windows Server
- Strong networking knowledge
- Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 email and office
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
