A health care provider and insurer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Help Desk Support Analyst Associate in Pittsburgh.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Protect the integrity and confidentiality of all data and information through physical and electronic measures
- Consistently acknowledge call/chat quality evaluations in quality evaluation software
- Follow the System Interruption Handling process consistently
Qualifications for this position include:

- Familiarity with applications used in the UPMC environment
