Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Help Desk Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting problems to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Documenting trouble tickets
- Maintaining a self-help knowledge repository for frequent user issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Technical Training in Information Assurance, Information Technology, and similar
- 15 years of hands-on experience with Information Technology
- Must meet technology experience requirements listed by company
- Understanding of FISMA and HIPAA IA requirements
- Demonstrated detailed knowledge of IA concepts and requirements
- Knowledge of DOD military specifications and standards
