Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Help Desk Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting problems to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Documenting trouble tickets
  • Maintaining a self-help knowledge repository for frequent user issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Technical Training in Information Assurance, Information Technology, and similar
  • 15 years of hands-on experience with Information Technology
  • Must meet technology experience requirements listed by company
  • Understanding of FISMA and HIPAA IA requirements
  • Demonstrated detailed knowledge of IA concepts and requirements
  • Knowledge of DOD military specifications and standards
