A staffing firm is in need of a Telecommute Help Desk Technician in Seattle.

  • Providing technical support to users for basic computer related technical problems
  • Accurately entering tickets into the call tracking tool
  • Answering help desk telephones and responds to basic customer inquiries

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support environment
  • Troubleshooting Skills-Need to know what questions to ask to get to the root of the problem quickly
  • Good phone communication skills
