Job Summary

An art school is in need of a Telecommute Help Desk Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing feedback and insight into user opinions of the system
  • Conduct online system testing for new applications Provide web-site maintenance
  • Identifying problem trends and possible need for improvements

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1-2 years in a customer service position
  • Excellent knowledge of both PC and Mac operating systems, mobile OS
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Internet browsers, and the ability to use and navigate the Internet
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to provide quality customer service
  • An ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing is required
