Job Summary
An art school is in need of a Telecommute Help Desk Technician.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing feedback and insight into user opinions of the system
- Conduct online system testing for new applications Provide web-site maintenance
- Identifying problem trends and possible need for improvements
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-2 years in a customer service position
- Excellent knowledge of both PC and Mac operating systems, mobile OS
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Internet browsers, and the ability to use and navigate the Internet
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to provide quality customer service
- An ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing is required
