Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Help Desk Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Using ticket tracking system such as Remedy to access assigned tickets and close them
  • Performing computer trouble shooting and setup process requiring multiple detailed processes
  • Writing detailed trouble shooting results in help desk ticket tracking

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of an associates degree or relevant performance experience
  • Entry level experience with remote access software, Office Automation Software Suites
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally
  • Experience working with PC software and troubleshooting  
  • Strong PC software and troubleshooting skills  
  • Contact Center operations software
