Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Help Desk Technician.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using ticket tracking system such as Remedy to access assigned tickets and close them
- Performing computer trouble shooting and setup process requiring multiple detailed processes
- Writing detailed trouble shooting results in help desk ticket tracking
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum of an associates degree or relevant performance experience
- Entry level experience with remote access software, Office Automation Software Suites
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally
- Experience working with PC software and troubleshooting
- Strong PC software and troubleshooting skills
- Contact Center operations software
