Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Helpdesk Analyst in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for about 1200 end users
- Complete any other assigned tasks
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Office in a corporate environment
- Strong in troubleshooting MS Word
- 3-5 years of experience supporting Windows operating systems such as Windows 7/10
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience supporting Citrix or VPN connections
- Experience supporting a document management system such as Imanage is a big plus
