Job Summary

A biotechnology research company has an open position for a Telecommute Hematology Account Manager in Upstate New York.

Must be able to:

• Provide physicians, pharmacists and healthcare professionals with products, services, and information
• Manage the territory and administrative requirements in an efficient manner and will achieve full compliance with drug laws and regulations
• Identify customer changes and ensure that appropriate people and resources are allocated to address the change

Required Skills:

• Willingness and ability to travel over a large geography which will include daily and overnight travel up to 30%
• B.A. / B.S
• 8 plus years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales and sales management, with significant Hematology experience
• Experience in specialty sales, with an understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes
• Ability to promotes company’s Hematology products through calls on targeted physicians in assigned territory
• Ability to develop and aggressively implement a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve goals
