Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute HFW Facilitator Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the Child & Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessment process
- Ensure all required data is being collected and submitted
- Provide oversight of grant and program deliverables
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of experience working with children and youth with serious mental health challenges
- Experience working directly with youth and their families
- Broad base of experience with life and possess a diverse view of what families need to have better lives
- Ability to teach skills to staff members patiently
