Job Summary
An education company is filling a position for a Telecommute High School English Teacher.
Must be able to:
- Implement instructional strategies that stimulate learning and increase student engagement
- Create instructional resources to meet the varying needs of students
- Manage coarse goals, curriculum, and materials that enhance the learning experience
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel at least once per month within and between assigned geographic areas
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ months of student teaching experience
- Appropriate state certification
- Meets state’s NCLB’s Highly Qualified Teacher requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with the proposed age group and supporting adults/children in the use of technology
