Job Summary

A staffing firm has an open position for a Telecommute High Volume Recruiter near Pittsburg.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Identify and submit qualified candidates to Client Hiring Managers
• Assist with job requisition / description development
• Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members

Qualifications Include:

• Minimal travel required
• 2+ years of high volume recruiting experience
• Experience in at least two to three industries/verticals or specialty recruiting experience
• Experience working directly with Hiring Managers
• Experience managing full life cycle recruitment processes
• Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
