Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Higher Education Corporate Events Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing multi-tiered event planning strategy that will bring value our customers, students, local community
- Tracking and assisting with all aspects of event planning including space, AV, catering, budgeting, speakers, vendors, attendee list, etc
- Assisting with special projects and conducting research as assigned by the Director of Services Improvement
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Act as on-site Event Lead for all assigned events
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1 to 3 years of corporate or higher education event coordinator experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
