Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Higher Education Corporate Events Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing multi-tiered event planning strategy that will bring value our customers, students, local community
  • Tracking and assisting with all aspects of event planning including space, AV, catering, budgeting, speakers, vendors, attendee list, etc
  • Assisting with special projects and conducting research as assigned by the Director of Services Improvement

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Act as on-site Event Lead for all assigned events
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of corporate or higher education event coordinator experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
