A software company is seeking a Telecommute Higher Education Software Support Analyst I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing prompt technical support for assigned complex system level software products
  • Managing customer escalations associated with complex problems
  • Acting as a liaison for the client in issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Attend training and meetings on new features and enhancements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • Basic Knowledge of SQL t
  • Able to write and use general SQL Scripts
  • Knowledge of Operating systems, Networks Application, Servers, HTML and JavaScript
