Job Summary
An enterprise content management and process management software company is seeking a Telecommute Higher Education Technical Consultant in Westlake.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting onsite discovery meetings with key customer stakeholders to determine functional requirements for the implementation of company solutions
- Generating written reports documenting requirements for building the process solution, with oversight from other team members
- Designing solution using a set of software modules, applying solid technical knowledge
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors degree in related field, such as Management Information Systems or Computer Science
- Experience with managing, documenting and deploying a software solution
- Experience implementing or integrating with Student Information Systems- DataTel, PeopleSoft, Banner, Ellucian, and Jenzabar
- Understanding of Higher Educaiton software solutions within the financial aid, gift agreement, transcript credit evaluation, admission, and back office
