Qualifications Include:

• 1+ years of experience as a sourcer or recruiter
• Experience with sourcing techniques (social platforms and Boolean search strings)
• Experience with selection processes such as phone interviews and reference checks
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Management Systems
• Familiarity with social media for recruiting, especially LinkedIn
• Excellent communication skills
