Telecommute HM Loan Officer Assistant
Job Summary
A banking and financial services firm is filling a position for a Telecommute HM Loan Officer Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding required loan documentation and prepare for loan officer review
- Obtain necessary information related to outstanding conditions on loan files
- Provide administrative support to the loan originator while providing world class customer service to internal and external customers
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum 3 years residential mortgage experience
- Ability to meet deadlines while prioritizing a changing workload
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
