Job Summary
A technology software solutions provider is seeking a Telecommute HME Implementation Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Provide status updates to project managers
- Lead working sessions with customers to understand and document business and technical requirements
- Manage customer escalations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 25% travel
- 1+ year of experience implementing forms-based software
- 2+ years' experience implementing, project managing or training on healthcare software systems
- 1+ year of experience training users on HME/DME applications
- Knowledge of software implementations, system workflows and implementation best practices
