Job Summary
A consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Home Care Clinical Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing consulting expertise to home care agencies
- Researching developments in the healthcare field specifically pertaining to PDGM
- Working alongside senior staff to develop future plans tailored to the needs of clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel to customers throughout the country to provide assessments
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- At least 3 years of experience within the home care and hospice industry
- Knowledge of the Patient Driven Groupings Model (PDGM)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and formulas
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information
