Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Home Care Registered Nurse.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a professional care plan
- Conduct assessments to identify problems
- Ensure in-home care delivery is in accordance with each client's contractual program requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and access to an automobile
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the (appropriate state) with no disciplinary action
- Good communication skills and knowledge of community resources
- 1 year of Home Care experience
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
