Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Home Health Care Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Documenting requests for authorization for home health
  • Understanding and applying CMS Chapter 7 guidelines for home health
  • Following up with providers as necessary for clarification

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Active, unrestricted registered clinical license
  • 1 year of experience in geriatric care management in a home health setting
  • 2+ years of recent experience in case management or utilization management role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledgeable of ICD-10 coding
  • Proficient in medical terminology
