Job Summary
A non-profit healthcare organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Home Health Clerical Referral Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist the Clinical Referral Specialist and Home Health Administrator in ensuring the effective communication
- Assist in managing the inbound and outbound phone calls
- Assist with scheduling start of care visits with patients and families, per business needs
Required Skills:
- Minimum of two years experience working in a health care environment
- Experience with office machines and a working knowledge of phone and filing systems
- Ability to professionally handle confidential information, comply with HIPPA regulations and maintain workflow systems
- Ability to handle sensitive issues, conflict with or among others
- Ability to deal with a challenging work environment from time demands and conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal English skills
