Job Summary
An energy company specializing in home heating and cooling has a current position open for a Telecommute Home Heating and Cooling Data Science Head.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and leading a team of data scientists
- Onboarding, training and development, organizational planning, and performance management for our data science team
- Taking on the exciting challenge of building out a critical function
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of experience
- At least 3 years managing all functional areas of a Data Science department
- Experience with data querying languages, scripting language, and statistical/mathematical software
- Experience with driving and maintaining source control processes using Gitlab
- Experience interfacing with Data Engineers for Machine Learning Operations on platforms
- Excellent communication skills
