A company that provides call center services needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Home Improvement Call Center Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Overcoming common objections from consumers in order to set up appointments
• Highlighting the benefits of setting up an appointment
• Making quality outbound calls to prospective clients

Required Skills:

• Must be a resident of Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois or Texas
• 35 WPM minimum keyboarding required
• Have above average computer and typing skills
• Comfortable with and driven to meet and exceed goals and metrics
• Have strong listening skills, professional telephone manner and ability to deal tactfully with callers
• High speed and wired internet connection only
