Job Summary

A home loan and mortgage provider has an open position for a Telecommute Home Loan and Mortgage RePath Advisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Engaging in conversation and establishing rapport with customers via email and inbound/outbound telephone communication
• Inputing data into computer system gathered from the conversation
• Dialing 80 calls per day, at a minimum

Position Requirements Include:

• 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to be passionate about helping customers achieve financial goals
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers
