Job Summary
A home loan and mortgage provider has an open position for a Telecommute Home Loan and Mortgage RePath Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging in conversation and establishing rapport with customers via email and inbound/outbound telephone communication
- Inputing data into computer system gathered from the conversation
- Dialing 80 calls per day, at a minimum
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to be passionate about helping customers achieve financial goals
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
