Job Summary

A home loan and mortgage provider is seeking a Telecommute Home Loan and Mortgage Servicing Legal Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing and interpreting moderately complicated rules and regulations
  • Managing and reporting on litigation information, legal invoices and related issues
  • Maintaining document files

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Paralegal certification or
  • Bachelor’s degree or
  • Minimum of 3 years of legal or related experience
  • Ability to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the US
  • Ability to maintain document files
  • Ability to include analyzing and revising basic legal agreements, such as non-disclosure agreements
