Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Home Loan Specialist in Roseville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
• Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc)
• Review and validate loan documents

Required Skills:

• Must be able to work in office when COVID-19 ramps down
• Track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
• Effective time management skills to deliver work on time
• Demonstrated proficiency with computers and mainstream computer applications
• General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
