Job Summary
A home loan and mortgage provider is seeking a Telecommute Home Loan Support Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Pro-actively monitoring, preventing, and identifying escalations
- Delegating tasks with team members and follow up on status
- Ticketing/Calling/Tasking audits for team members and ensure handled appropriately by SLA Priority expectations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 2-years' experience in Support/IT role
- Minimum of 6 months experience managing a team
- Positive go-getter attitude and pro-active solution focused
- Exceptional written and verbal communication for business and end-user audiences
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
