A financial and banking institution has a current position open for a Telecommute Home Mortgage Wholesale Closer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing the title and survey for exceptions
  • Checking and approving the Closing Disclosure
  • Delivering closing documents to Closing Agent

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel to deliver closing documents to Closing Agent
  • 2-4+ years residential mortgage lending experience
  • Knowledge of closing and title documents
  • Ability to perform final preparation and audits of all documents
  • Ability to input loan data into various closing and compliance systems
  • Ability to ensure loan meets all FAMC, State and Federal compliance regulations
