Job Summary
A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Home Products Customer Service Agent in Oklahoma City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Providing product information
- Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers using a variety of methods
Required Skills:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
