A retail chain is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Home Products Customer Service Associate in Phoenix.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Engage with customers by phone, e-mail and live chat
- Deliver world-class customer service
- Serve as a critical link between our customer and our product
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must come to the Care Center for meetings and training
- Have strong communication skills

- Desktop computer or laptop with high speed internet & web camera
