Job Summary

A home products company is in need of a Telecommute Home Products Customer Service Supervisor in Las Vegas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the team by performing all customer-facing services
  • Answering customer questions
  • Resolving complex or escalated customer service issues

Required Skills:

  • Travel into the facility to receive training or participate in team building activities
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 1+ year of prior people management experience
  • 1+ year of Customer Service Center Team Lead or equivalent customer service experience
  • Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements
