Job Summary

A provider of home-healthcare services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Homecare Coder and Documentation Reviewer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting reviews of coding and providing recommendations for appropriate coding
  • Providing written feedback related to documentation and coding
  • Conducting other clinical record audits as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Must have home care experience
  • Experience in diagnosis coding of home care records and reviewing OASIS assessments
  • Coding certification; HCS-D or BCHH-C or ability to obtain within a year
  • COS-C or HCS-O or ability to obtain within a year
