Job Summary

A business services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Homecare Coding Team Leader.

Must be able to:

• Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals
• Review and utilize available resources to enhance coding skills
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employees

Qualifications Include:

• Rare travelling may be required
• Homecare coding certified (HCS-D or BCHH-C) and OASIS certification or ability to obtain within a year
• Typically work day is approximately 8 am - 5 pm CST with occasional after hour meetings
• Medical coding experience is required
